Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel room was beautiful with its furniture and lighting, but unfortunately, it was too small and stuffy. The lack of privacy in the courtyard setting and the room feeling dark and cramped was disappointing. Despite opting for a larger version, the actual room size fell short of expectations, and cleanliness was neglected.
My stay was a mixed experience. The room, priced much better than expected, was clean but had noise issues due to its location overlooking the dining courtyard, and the low ceiling was uncomfortable for my husband. The service from the front desk was exceptional, but the dining experience suffered from staff shortages on one morning. The location, though modern and classic, was overly busy. Despite some drawbacks, the cozy dining area and the friendly and accommodating service were highlights of my stay.
The hotel was absolutely brilliant, beautifully furnished, and offers comfy sofas and chairs in separately sectioned living areas, making it a wonderful spot to relax. However, the 2 hours limit timer in the room can get uncomfortable during summer nights.
The hotel is in a central location with a nice interior and cozy atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, but the room placement next to the service elevator exposed us to noises from deliveries and laundry traffic, affecting our restful experience.
I was initially drawn to the hotel for its seemingly spacious rooms but was disappointed by the actual size considering the high cost per night. On a positive note, the service was exceptional, with an incredibly accommodating staff despite a shortage of employees. The location was ideal, situated in a quiet street near Nyhavn, although the area felt overcrowded. The dining experience left something to be desired due to limited options, yet the facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable overall.
The hotel offers rooms that are nicer with a specific rating, but facing the street side, though pretty expensive. The service was very attentive and exceptional overall, with some areas needing improvement. The location is very central with a nice, cozy interior and friendly staff but lacks proper bathroom amenities. The dining experience had both positive and negative highlights. Overall, the hotel provides some good facilities at a moderate value.
The hotel's location is outstanding, nestled on a quiet side street just minutes away from Nyhavn. The rooms, however, faced the courtyard where privacy was compromised, and more light options are needed. Service was super friendly and accommodating, but small oversights like missing towels and a wet floor after showering were noted. The dining experience had some unique touches like reindeer rugs but fell short in meeting 5-star breakfast expectations. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel provides high-class hospitality in a perfect city-centre location.
