the food and drinks were superb. the location was fantastic. i found the staff cute and helpful no matter what the request, which i appreciated. the hotel maintains a HIGH standard from start to finish.

i think the hotel should offer more english tv channels. there were only danish channels and news. i would've liked more variety.

I was given a double room at first. it had minimal lighting! i then spoke to the receptionist about it. He immediately changed my room to a brighter one. all the hotel staff were so helpful and cute.

the hotel rooms are a bit dark, though the lighting isn't great. this was quite noticeable, especially in the evenings. more lamps or brighter bulbs would really help.

The staff was indeed friendly and ready to help. I felt very comfortable in my room, even though it was the smallest room available. I particularly enjoyed the communal areas and the attention to detail throughout the hotel (the mint leaves in the water bottle were a nice touch).

Upon arrival, I found nobody offered help with my bags. The lighting in the room was not great. This made it hard to see (especially in the evening).
