helpful staff superb food fantastic location

the food and drinks were superb. the location was fantastic. i found the staff cute and helpful no matter what the request, which i appreciated. the hotel maintains a HIGH standard from start to finish.

i think the hotel should offer more english tv channels. there were only danish channels and news. i would've liked more variety.

charming stay in a super place

I was given a double room at first. it had minimal lighting! i then spoke to the receptionist about it. He immediately changed my room to a brighter one. all the hotel staff were so helpful and cute.

the hotel rooms are a bit dark, though the lighting isn't great. this was quite noticeable, especially in the evenings. more lamps or brighter bulbs would really help.

The reception staff promptly addressed my room concern and offered an immediate solution. the team was attentive and helpful with directions. They all contributed to a positive atmosphere.

amazing staff premium interior kind service

I found the staff quite amazing. They displayed kindness and personable service! Housekeeping standards I observed were really good. The hotel itself has character. The interiors seemed interesting and premium.

The lift is very small though.

friendly staff communal areas hotel detail absent assistance poor lighting small room

The staff was indeed friendly and ready to help. I felt very comfortable in my room, even though it was the smallest room available. I particularly enjoyed the communal areas and the attention to detail throughout the hotel (the mint leaves in the water bottle were a nice touch).

Upon arrival, I found nobody offered help with my bags. The lighting in the room was not great. This made it hard to see (especially in the evening).
